Welcome to the Nerve Research Lab website. Drs. David Brogan and Christopher Dy lead a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that is dedicated to conducting brachial plexus and peripheral nerve research that is directly relevant to patients, clinicians, scientists, and policy-makers. The lab has 2 components: (1) Epidemiologic, economic, and clinical analysis of brachial plexus and peripheral nerve injuries and (2) Translational nerve research.
Furthermore, both Drs. Brogan and Dy have additional research interests. Dr. Dy’s secondary focus is health services research, health disparities, and access to orthopedic care. Dr. Brogan conducts anatomic studies and biomechanical evaluation of hand and upper extremity reconstruction techniques.
